You are called GOOD.

GOD called everything into being and saw that it was good, including You and Me!

On the sixth day: God knelt and took the Earth's dust and created man-kind in his image; GOD breathed into the man, and he became a living SOUL, a living breathing conscious body. The SOUL is the "driver" in the body. It is the Spirit, the presence of which makes the physical body alive. The distinction between soul and spirit in man is that the soul is the animate life, or the seat of the senses, desires, affections, and appetites. The Spirit is that part of us that connects, or refuses to connect, to God.

Our SOUL distinguishes us from the other animals. Within our SOUL (conscience) is our Will - God made sure that we have Free Will, our chosen ability. You decided what you want to do with your will. We who have accepted Jesus Christ into our hearts have willed to live life God's Way. God didn't leave us to do it alone. Oh no, Brothers and Sisters, God provided for us to the third Person of the Trinity, the Holy Spirit. John 16:7 Jesus said "But I tell you the truth, it is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I go, I will send Him to you. (NASB) The Holy Spirit walks with you through this life in Christ. The Holy Spirit comes bearing the fruit of the Spirit. Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Gentleness, Kindness, and Long Suffering.

You may ask, how do I know what the Will of God is for my life? Well, God also gave us an instruction book called the Bible to learn what His Will is for our lives.

The Bible is the foundation for all Christian living. The Bible does tell us who we are and what we should do, but it does so through the lens of who God is. The knowledge of God and the knowledge of self always go hand in hand. So let us connect with God through his Word.

Let me encourage you to get involved in a bible study group at your church or to develop a habit of studying the Word of God consistently.
